welcome love,

I’m so glad you’re here…

These days I live as a mythic folklorist, ritual artist & storyteller oracle — walking the dragon lines between Bali and Avalon and following the breadcrumb-trail of ancient stories, ancestral memory, and the soul’s own wild intelligence. My work lives where folklore and embodiment meet — in the liminal space where a life stops being linear and starts becoming legend.

This is the heart of Mythopoetic Manifestation™ — where memory becomes myth and the body becomes oracle.

In 2019, I placed a metaphorical hand grenade at the center of my “perfect” American Dream life and stepped through the smoke into a different world. What followed was a full descent — a rewilding of soul, voice, and vision to remember who I am and always have been. A journey that reshaped everything: my art, my body, my voice, my faith — and became the bedrock for the initiatory portals I now call Mythopoetic Manifestation™

Today, I support people who feel that same Call — the ache for something older, truer, and holier to touch their lives. Through mythic storytelling, somatic alchemy, and devotional ritual, I help others cross their own thresholds of remembrance, reclaim their inner archetypes, and return to the sacred rhythms beneath their lives.

My path is both mythic and methodical. I hold a B.A. in English and Dance from The College of William & Mary, a 500-hour yoga teaching certification (Baptiste, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative) as well as Level I & II Reiki certification (Usui, Shamanic & Egyptian lineages). My work is informed by years of training in holistic coaching, somatic integration, and transformational practices, shaped by both contemporary coaching theory and ancient mythic wisdom.

I’ve also trained in the Enneagram, Tarot, cacao & kirtan facilitation, archetypal psychology, and Western mystery traditions — all of which now weave into my mythic storytelling and somatic alchemy work.

Movement has always been my first language though, and my mother will tell you I danced before I walked.” Classically trained in ballet, jazz, and modern, I graduated and spent nearly 10 years performing with Word Dance Theater — a DC-based Isadora Duncan dance company — and the past 15 years teaching and performing across studios, temples, schools, theaters, and private retreats across the United States, throughout Europe — all the way to Bali, Indonesia.

The Body as Mythmaker

No matter what I ‘do’, the body remains the backbone of all my embodied alchemy work though.

This is the path of archetype and ancestor — the path of stories carried through firelight, bone memory, and the soil of the old world. From selkies to swan maidens, forest queens to forgotten kitchen witches, I listen for the hidden threads inside the tales we think we know… and help others live them awake.

In essence, I serve at the threshold — where body meets soul, story meets spirit, and human becomes holy. Where a life becomes the living myth it always was — and orientation towards authentic expression becomes inevitable.

THE ART OF MYTHOPOETIC MANIFESTATION™

Your story is sacred.

It isn’t strategy — it’s ceremony.

Whether you’re birthing a creation, unraveling an old spell, or stepping into the next chapter of your mythic life, my work is to help you hear the deeper thread beneath it all — the ancestral memory, the folklore, the body-truth that’s been speaking through you.

I translate what the soul is already saying into embodied language — symbols, gestures, archetypes, and ways of being that feel like home — and I give you the tools to do this for yourself, so you can begin to move through your life mythically rather than mechanically.

Because when essence is embodied, it becomes transmission.

And when you create and live from that place?

The world remembers.

This is the heart of Mythopoetic Manifestation™: not creating from force, but frequency— not just telling the story, but becoming it.

From here, our work follows three initiatory weaves in the sacred loom of becoming:

✧ REMEMBER

Where the old stories rise, and the true story begins.

Every soul carries a myth beneath the surface — an ancestral thread, a forgotten lineage of symbols, instincts, and inherited spells.

In the remembering, we listen for the deeper pattern: the archetype moving through your life, the folklore you’ve been unconsciously re-enacting, the wisdom your body has never forgotten.

Through compassion, clear-seeing, and mythic understanding, what once felt fragmented now becomes coherent.

This allows the past to transform — from something to “heal” into raw material for revelation. This is the process of embodied alchemy.

It’s here that remembrance becomes reclamation. And this is the moment the story changes.

✧ Embody

Where knowing becomes embodiment.

Once the story is remembered, it must be lived.

Through voice, movement, breath, and presence, we invite the myth to become matter — to take shape in your gestures, choices, and daily rituals so it no longer floats as a concept but becomes experience.

This is not about fixing what’s broken, but about inhabiting what’s true.

Integration becomes devotion — a full-bodied return to your natural rhythm.

Because when you live the myth, the myth lives you.

✧ consecrate

Where your life becomes a prayer in motion.

This is the sacred seal — the offering.

What has been remembered and embodied is brought to the altar of the Heart, where we consecrate your path not as performance, but as devotion.

Through beauty, ritual, creative expression, and surrender, your story ceases to be something you “work on” alone.

It becomes a living transmission of hieros gamosunion with Source, union with Self.

It’s here that your life becomes the myth it was always destined to be.
