I remember sitting in my DC apartment in 2020: freshly divorced and ready to embrace life as an ‘embodiment coach’ and realizing one, brutal truth: I hadn’t yet lived what I knew I was meant to teach.
And thus began the greatest, wildest, most painful — but beautiful! — chapter of my life yet: actually living it.
In truth, this path was never really about offerings though. It was about initiation:
I walked the thresholds myself — through loss, love, devotion, rupture, and remembrance. Through the slow, humbling work of becoming honest with my own body, my own longing, my own story. With myself.
Now, I work with others at those same thresholds — where something old is ready to fall away and something truer is asking to be lived. Where the deeper thread beneath a life begins to whisper with quiet potency.
Since those DC days, my work now draws on years of lived experience, alongside myth, folklore, ritual, and embodied practice — not as concepts, but as ways of being. Ways of remembering. Ways of returning to what has always been present.
I’m not here to fix or save you. I’m here to sit with you — to witness you — and to help you hear what’s already moving within you.
