what is the residency?
The Residency is a high-touch, practitioner-focused container for those working in the healing arts — more akin to a mastermind or professional residency than a typical membership. It exists to formalize what most practitioners currently only receive through informal friendships, private conversations, and behind-the-scenes exchanges: real support, real feedback, real practice, and real accountability.
This is a space for personal, professional, and creative development — designed to cultivate grounded, skilled, and internally coherent practitioners who are ready to meet people in the real world. Through community, supervision, peer practice, and thoughtful discourse, The Residency supports practitioners in developing not just technique, but discernment, integrity, and confidence rooted in lived experience rather than certification alone.
At its core, The Residency is a laboratory, a home base, and a training ground — supporting practitioners to become excellent first, and to grow into sustainable careers, leadership, and meaningful impact from a place of depth and maturity.
inside the Residency, practitioners can expect
A structured, high-touch community with small home-base groups that offer continuity, accountability, and personalized guidance.
Regular peer practice and swap sessions to build real client hours, develop voice and style, and gain embodied confidence through experience.
Monthly supervision and roundtable discussions exploring ethics, client challenges, psychology, cosmology, and the real complexities of healing work.
Curated masterclasses and workshops focused on facilitation, integrity, confidence, communication, leadership, and retreat or container design.
One-on-one support for personal development, emotional integration, and inner coherence.
A culture of honesty, integrity, and collaboration, where practitioners are supported to build their own body of work rather than copy someone else’s.
A long-term vision of industry stewardship, cultivating a generation of practitioners devoted to service, self-regulation, and the protection of the intuitive and initiatory aspects of the healing arts.
A collaborative Container
The Residency is held as a collaborative container rather than a personality-led program. It is designed to support practitioners through shared inquiry, peer learning, and guided practice — grounded, relational, and real.
Within The Residency, Hannah is one of three founding, female co-facilitators, and brings her unique imprint of work in mythic storytelling, embodiment, discernment, and ethical practice to the container — helping practitioners refine their voice, deepen coherence between worldview and practice, and develop fluency in how they work with others.
